Agriculture futures trade lower on CBOT

Agriculture futures declined in early trading Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 23.75 cents to $8.02 a bushel; December corn fell 11.5 cents to $5.845 a bushel; December oats fell 6.5 cents to $3.62 a bushel; November soybeans fell 29 cents to $13.19 a bushel.

Beef futures were mixed, while pork futures traded lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.28 cent to $1.009 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.40 cent to $1.1255 a pound; October lean hogs lost 1.5 cents to 69 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 0.65 cent to 90.40 cents a pound.
