Agriculture futures end lower in Chicago

Agriculture futures finished lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 14.75 cents to $8.11 a bushel; December corn fell 8.25 cents to $5.8775 a bushel; December oats dropped 8.5 cents to $3.60 a bushel; and November soybeans sank 24 cents to $13.24 a bushel.

Beef futures ended mixed, while pork futures closed lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.45 cent to $1.0107 cents a pound; August cattle fell 0.55 cent to $1.1240 a pound; October lean hogs fell 1.98 cents to 68.52 cents a pound; and February pork bellies fell 0.85 cent to 90.20 cents a pound.
