Customer Reviews

TI-83 Silver Edition Calculator

Rating: 5 (2008-10-02)

This calculator is very well put together and very sturdy. The design is also easy to use and the buttons easy to press. The calculator performs all of it's functions correctly with only a couple of hookups that are usually a result of complicated mathematics. Overall this calculator lives up to the reason that schools and others alike put their trust in this machinery.

TI 83 Calculator

Rating: 5 (2008-09-30)

This calculator does all it is cracked up to do. I have tried using the Casio equivalent to this model and found it more difficult to use, but to be fair I have only been taught how to use the TI-83 over a period of 6 years from high school and currently in college. So if you have used this calculator before and are considering whether or not get the Casio equivalent go based on what you have the most experience with. Every math class I have ever had uses Texas Instruments.

This is the exact calculator my daughter needed for math. It came quickly and in the 'like new' condition that was expected. It is working perfectly.
