Great Product, easy to install, just plugged it in and started using it. My new car did not offer a trip and mileage computer so I have been looking for a product like this. Used it on a long trip and tracked fuel mileage and cost. It has more functions that any factory computer I have ever used and I would recommend this product.

I have owned this gauge for 2 months now. It does everything it says it will, is easy to navigate and unobtrusive on the dash. Incidentally, if you own a Hyundai, you cannot use the rear view mirror mount kit. I have mine on the dash of my Hyundia Entourage (mini-van).
I bought it primarily for fuel monitoring. I have increased my MPG by 60% since using the ScanGauge II. Having a real time read out of my fuel usage has been an excellent incentive to drive more conservatively. It has also enabled me to determine the effect of A/C, fan, and electronic accesories have on my MPG. I have also made use of the scan feature a couple of times to interrogate the system. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants to increase their fuel efficiency or who likes having as much information about their vehicle as possible (particularly before going to the mechanic).

Product did not work with my 2 cars (Mitsubishi and Hyundai). Called Linear Logic, and they sent me a new cable. Still did not work, called LL again and they sent me a new scangauge unit. So far, pretty darn good service, or so I thought. But, I was told NOT to use the new scangauge in my Hyundai until I returned the defective one for troubleshooting. I wrote a very detailed cronology of the problems, returned the defective unit, and waited patiently for weeks. I've since called LL 3 times, leaving detailed messages, and begging for a return call so I will know if it's OK to try in the Hyundai (originally they thought the Hyundai may have fried the 1st scangauge). I'm still waiting!!!
Product works fine in my other car, but Linear Logic went from the initial excellent customer service to NO customer service at all. There is simply no excuse for ignoring this, particularly when I did exactly as they requested and followed their instructions to the letter. This has soured me on the product as well as the company.
I would not recommend doing business with Linear Logic.

The scangauge II is easy to use, probably need some speed adjustment and mpg adjustment to get the most accuracy out of it. Like mine i need to +2mph to match my speedometer. Now my speedometer tally with my scangauge. The only cons for this equipment is it can only refresh every second so it not real time updating and not much info for xgauge coding except for horsepower.
